The Service

All Dunn Up is a personal-styling membership. Members receive outfit recommendations composed from a stylist-curated catalog, personal color-season analysis, and related styling tools. Some features are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence trained on our stylist’s curation; styling suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees of fit, availability, or suitability.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

Membership & billing

• Membership is offered as a monthly ($14.99/month) or annual ($119.99/year) subscription, billed in advance and auto-renewing until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
• Prices may change; we will notify active subscribers in advance of any change taking effect on their next renewal.

Shopping links

Outfits link to third-party retailers where items can be purchased. Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on purchases made through them at no additional cost to you. Purchases from retailers are transactions between you and the retailer, under the retailer’s own terms, prices, and return policies.

Your content

Photos and information you submit (for example, images used for color-season analysis) remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process them to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users’ data, scraping or reselling the Service’s content or recommendations, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, curation, styling content, and branding — is owned by Mackenzie Dunn Design LLC and its licensors. Your membership grants personal, non-transferable use of the Service; it does not transfer any ownership.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for third-party retailers’ products or services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
