Privacy Policy

Effective July 28, 2026

This policy describes what All Dunn Up, a DBA of Mackenzie Dunn Design LLC, collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect what the Service needs to style you, we don’t sell your data, and payment details stay with our payment processor.

What we collect

  • Account information — your email address and login credentials (managed by our authentication provider).
  • Styling profile — preferences you set, such as sizes, style choices, and color-season results.
  • Photos you submit — if you use color-season analysis, the photos you upload are processed to produce your result.
  • Usage — outfits generated, saved, and shopped, used to operate and improve recommendations.
  • Billing — subscription status and purchase history. Full payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service: composing outfit recommendations, producing your color-season analysis, remembering your preferences, processing payments, and providing support. Styling features are powered in part by AI models; your inputs (such as profile attributes or submitted photos) may be processed by our AI provider to generate results.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors that run the Service: Supabase (accounts and data), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI processing). Shopping links go to third-party retailers via ShopMy affiliate links; what you do on a retailer’s site is governed by that retailer’s privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management — keeping you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact support@alldunnup.com and we will process the deletion, subject to records we must retain (for example, billing records).

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
